When OpControl processes personal data of individuals in the EEA/UK, we do so in line with the GDPR and UK GDPR.

Roles

For marketing site inquiries, OpControl is typically a controller. For customer workspace data (tenants, owners, residents), the customer is generally the controller and OpControl acts as a processor under a DPA available on request.

Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection. Contact privacy@opcontrol.app. We may need to verify identity before fulfilling a request.

Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards where required.
