Terms of Service
By accessing or using OpControl, you agree to these Terms of Service with Alternabiz LLC (“OpControl”).
The service
OpControl provides cloud property-management software. Features, pricing, and availability may change. Trials convert according to the plan you select at signup or checkout.
Accounts
You are responsible for account credentials, accurate registration details, and activity under your workspace. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Customer data
You retain rights to data you submit. You grant OpControl a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service. You must have lawful rights to the tenant, owner, and portfolio data you upload.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, infringing, or abusive activity.
- No attempts to probe, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service beyond permitted API use.
- No resale of the service except under a written partner agreement.
Fees
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a campaign (e.g. refundable trial deposits).
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpControl disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and limits aggregate liability to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
